Today, as you disembark from your cruise ship, explore the beautiful Belem district with its magnificent Jerónimos Monastery, an extraordinary example of Portugal's 'Manueline" style of architecture which was declared a UNESCO heritage site in 1983. From here you continue on to Portugal's finest museum, the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum. Set in its own lush grounds, the world-class collection was donated to the people of Portugal by an Armenian oil magnate and the magnificent quality of its artwork and exhibitions are evident throughout. During your visit, admire masterpieces by Rembrandt, Renoir, Monet and Van Dyke, as well as exquisite Rene Lalique jewellery. At the end of your tour you are privately transferred back to your ship.
