Located on a hill in Nkuringo in the southern sector of Bwindi National Park, Gorilla Heights Lodge is an easy 10 minute walk to the park's entrance. From the lodge’s 17 rooms, guests can enjoy views of the park or the massive Virunga Ranges that straddle Uganda, Rwanda and the DRC.  The Nkuringo and Rushaga gorilla families have been habituated for trekking and for guests who want to spend more than an hour with the gentle mountain giants, gorilla habituation with the park researchers is an exciting experience.
