Day 1 - Depart Southern California - Scottsdale

This morning, depart Southern California and drive to Scottsdale. (Six Hour Drive from Los Angeles).

Scottsdale has long been Arizona’s luxury oasis: best-in-class lodging, dining, shopping, and golf in the Sonoran Desert. Scottsdale is equally famous for nature and culture, and desert adventures compete for your time with galleries, art, and nightlife.

Immersed in desert scenery and nestled into the foothills of Pinnacle Peak, the luxurious 5-Star Four Seasons Scottsdale Resort sits close to downtown Scottsdale, an area rich with Native American art and an equally impressive dining and nightlife scene. Relax on your private furnished patio and enjoy picturesque views of the Sonoran Desert and the balancing rock formations of the mountain peaks surrounding you.

The Grand Canyon has to be seen to be believed. This mile-deep canyon reveals almost two billion years of geologic history and a multitude of ever-changing colors. Travel along the rim to enjoy different perspectives as light and shadow move through the canyon. Watch for elk in the ponderosa pines, or endangered California condors soaring high above the Colorado River.

Located just two miles from the South Rim entrance to Grand Canyon National Park, the Best Western Grand Canyon Squire Inn offers spacious, comfortable accommodations and three on-site restaurants. The Squire Inn is the ideal location for families at the Grand Canyon, with an arcade, family game room, a bowling alley, indoor and outdoor pools open year-round and two hot tubs.

Day 7 - Springdale - Las Vegas

After a leisurely morning, check out of your hotel and drive three hours to Las Vegas.

Las Vegas looms large in American culture and travel. There’s much more to this city than cards and dice: modern Las Vegas sparkles with top-tier entertainment, accommodation, shopping, and restaurants. Enjoy Michelin-caliber dining before a Cirque du Soleil show or world-famous musical act.

Waldorf Astoria is a non-gaming, non-smoking luxury hotel with first-class travelers in mind. The hotel enjoys a plum spot right in the center of the The Strip that puts all the retail and entertainment options within walking distance. The 392 rooms are modern and luxe, with frosted glass panels that enable guests to look out on the Strip and surrounding desert while they relax in the tub. Asian-inspired décor with floor-to-ceiling windows, a walk-in wardrobe and a spacious desk area are just some of the elements you’ll find in the rooms. With no casino on-site, guests can instead take advantage of the two pools with cabanas, an award-winning spa, and a gym with free classes. In addition to several other dining options, Waldorf Astoria’s signature restaurant, Twist by Pierre Gagnaire, is the only place in the city where can experience the three Michelin-star chef’s cuisine. The hotel is 15-20 minutes from the Las Vegas Airport.

This evening, meet your private guide at the hotel lobby for a Las Vegas City Tour, a perfect introduction to the magical city that never sleeps. Cruise the mega strip and take an iconic photo in front of the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign. Next stop is the original Las Vegas Strip featuring the Fremont street light experience with 12.5 million lights and 550,0000 watts of amazing sound at VivaVision. Enjoy a cocktail along the way, and watch the famous fountains at Bellagio before returning to your resort.
