Types of Rooms

Executive Room - Situated on all levels, the sumptuously comfortable beds and furnishings, elegant white tiled bathrooms, generous toiletries, and room amenities ensure you will have the most blissfully comfortable stay. Special features include heated mirrors, underfloor heating, luxurious bedding, night sensor lighting, computer points beside the bed and the desk and safes with built in charging capacity for laptops. Suitable for maximum of two guests.

Premium Executive Room - Designed to the highest specifications and situated on all floors, some offering views over the private gardens, these sophisticated rooms offer the highest level of comfort allowing you to catch your breath, relax and revitalise. They come as a Premium Executive King Room or a Premium Executive Twin Room. Suitable for maximum of three guests including children.

Junior Suite - Instantly calming, these spacious suites have recently undergone a stunning makeover. Offering additional living space, spacious bathrooms with separate rain showers and baths. Luxury amenities, full sized robes and custom-made furniture complete the picture. There is the option for a California king bed or two king singles. Suitable for maximum of three guests including children.

Park Suite - With captivating views over Hagley Park and the River Avon, and a separate lounge area, these suites are so enchanting you may not want to leave. Your Park Suite is the jewel in The George's crown. There is the option for a California king bed or two king singles. Suitable for maximum of three guests including children.

The Residence - Constructed in the 1950s, this three-bedroom character villa has been recently restored to the highest standards, offering the ultimate in exclusive luxury accommodation. Set adjacent to the main building The Residence offers the best of both worlds – access to full hotel services, but the privacy and exclusiveness of a private villa. The decor and design ethos from designer Neil McLachlan was to retain the period character of the property and create a sense of timeless classicism.

Joined to the main hotel via a linkway (corridor) with security cameras and motion sensors for lights and power efficiency. From this linkway, the entrance to The Residence is controlled by swipe card only. Once inside, The Residence offers three floors of luxury including:

• On the ground floor are the kitchen, library, dining room and private outdoor garden/courtyard
• On the first floor is the Hennessey Suite and the Bowden Room, which can be connected (or isolated as required) with a Drawing Room.
• On the second floor is the Garden Loft Room

The Residence is available in several configurations, with the three ensuite bedrooms able to be rented individually or combined as either a one-bedroom suite, a two-bedroom suite with one shared living room, or exclusive use of the entire three-bedroom villa. The latter option includes the exclusive use of the ground floor kitchen, dining room and library as well as access to the hotel gardens. There is the option for either three super king beds or three king singles. Suitable for maximum of six guests.
