DAY 1

Nairobi - Samburu

Transfer to Wilson Airport for your scheduled flight to Samburu Game Reserve. On arrival you will be met by the lodge driver/guide and transferred to lodge for check-in and lunch. Thereafter, enjoy an afternoon game drive.

Located in Kenya's Northern Frontier District, Samburu is a harsh, savagely beautiful wilderness that depends on the River Ewaso Nyiro for its existence. Samburu, Buffalo Springs & Shaba National Reserves are adjacent to each other within the lands of the Samburu.  This area is home to the colourful Samburu people, the nomadic cousins of the Masai.

DAY 2

Samburu

Enjoy an early morning game drive before breakfast at the lodge.

The Samburu area is home to a wide variety of animal species not found elsewhere in Kenya including the majestic Beisa oryx, the reticulated giraffe, the thin-striped Grevy's zebra and the gerenuk antelope which stands on its hind legs to feed.

Balance of the morning spent at leisure with lunch at the lodge.

Thereafter, enjoy an afternoon game drive.

DAY 3

Samburu - Nairobi

Enjoy an early morning game drive before  breakfast at the lodge.

Thereafter, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your return flight to Nairobi by 1050/1200 hrs. Upon arrival at Wilson airport, you will be met and transferred back to Nairobi City Centre.
